Only provide records appropriate for personal informational use. Never include private keys, seed phrases, passwords, payment credentials, or information that is unnecessary for the archive.
2. Add records to the local workspace
Bring supported records into Tech Access Hub and assign clear dates or labels. The application organizes this information locally so each snapshot can be recognized later.
This step creates a reference record. It does not transfer assets, connect a wallet, initiate an exchange action, or change any external account.
3. Build a readable timeline
Arrange snapshots chronologically and use labels that describe their source or purpose. A consistent naming approach can make a larger archive easier to navigate. For example, a user might distinguish a routine monthly snapshot from a record saved for reconciliation.
The timeline reflects only information available in the local workspace. It should not be interpreted as a live balance or complete account statement.
4. Compare selected moments
Select two historical snapshots to examine their recorded differences. Keep the dates and source context in view while reviewing the comparison. If an entry looks unexpected, check it against the original source rather than treating the local summary as authoritative.
Comparisons are descriptive, not predictive. Tech Access Hub does not assess opportunities, calculate expected returns, or recommend transactions.
5. Add personal notes
Save concise observations beside the relevant snapshot or comparison. A useful note explains context rather than making an unsupported conclusion. You can record why the data was saved, flag an item for later verification, or summarize what changed between two records.
6. Revisit the archive
Return to the local timeline when you need historical context. Review labels and notes, check source material where necessary, and update your personal organization practices as your archive grows.
