Effective date: 14 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Access Hub handles information in connection with tech-accesshub.click (the “Website”) and the Tech Access Hub local analytical application (the “Application”). It also explains choices and rights that may apply. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Website or Application.
1. Scope and product role
Tech Access Hub provides local data tracking, historical comparison, and record-keeping software. The Application is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, or payment service. It does not hold funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, or execute transactions.
This Policy covers the Website and information handled through the Application. A third-party website or service has its own practices and is governed by its own privacy terms.
2. Information handled by the Website
The Website is informational and contains no contact, registration, newsletter, payment, booking, or lead-generation form. We do not ask visitors to create an account or submit personal information through the Website.
Standard web infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect a website, such as:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser and device type;
- requested page, date, and time;
- referring address; and
- basic diagnostic or security events.
This information may be present in short-lived hosting or server logs. It is used for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, not to build financial profiles.
If you contact us directly by email, telephone, post, or another channel, we may receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide.
3. Information handled by the Application
The Application is designed to work with compatible historical balance records, labels, dates, comparison selections, and personal tracking notes chosen by the user. This information is used to provide local organization, review, comparison, and summary functions.
Do not enter private keys, seed phrases, account passwords, payment credentials, or information unrelated to the Application’s record-keeping purpose. The Application does not need those items and is not designed to process them.
4. Local processing
The Application is positioned as a local workspace. Supported records and notes are handled on the user’s device for the requested organizational and analytical functions. Users control the source information they choose to add and are responsible for device access, backups, exports, and deletion available through their operating environment.
Local processing does not mean that every risk is eliminated. Device compromise, shared-device access, insecure backups, or user actions may expose local information. Users should maintain appropriate operating-system updates, access controls, and backup practices.
5. Purposes of processing
Where applicable, information is processed to:
- deliver requested Website pages;
- organize and display local Application records;
- create user-directed historical comparisons and summaries;
- save local labels and tracking notes;
- respond to direct communications;
- maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse;
- comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use the Application to make financial decisions for users or to process their assets.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use behavioral advertising. No analytics service is currently specified for the Website. Essential infrastructure may use limited technical mechanisms where needed to provide or secure a request.
If our cookie or analytics practices materially change, this Policy will be updated and any notice or choice required by applicable law will be provided.
7. Third-party destinations
The Website links to the Microsoft Store homepage. Following that link takes you to a service controlled by Microsoft, which may collect information under its own privacy policy. Tech Access Hub does not control Microsoft’s collection, cookies, account requirements, or retention.
References to Binance identify record compatibility only. Tech Access Hub does not claim an affiliation with Binance and this Website does not use a Binance sign-in, wallet connection, or transaction service.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Limited Website technical information or direct communications may be disclosed to service providers supporting hosting, communications, security, or legal compliance, subject to appropriate obligations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or manage a business reorganization.
Local Application records remain subject to the user’s own device environment and any third-party backup or synchronization tools the user independently enables.
9. Data retention
Local Application records remain on the user’s device until the user removes them, uninstalls the Application, deletes related local storage, or manages them through available device controls. Device backups may retain copies according to the user’s backup settings.
Website server logs, if generated, are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Direct correspondence may be retained while a request is handled and afterward where reasonably necessary for records or legal purposes.
10. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used in proportion to the information and service context. No software, storage system, device, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices, limit shared access, maintain updates, and avoid placing sensitive credentials in tracking records or notes.
11. User choices and rights
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information handled by Tech Access Hub, and may have a right to data portability or to complain to a competent authority.
Local records can generally be managed through the Application or device under the user’s control. Requests concerning Website logs or direct correspondence can be sent to the contact details below. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify the requester before acting.
12. Children’s privacy
The Website and Application are not directed to children, and Tech Access Hub does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
13. International considerations
Website infrastructure or communication providers may process limited information in countries other than the visitor’s own. Privacy rules may differ by location. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for covered transfers.
14. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be revised to reflect changes in the Website, Application, law, or operational practices. The effective date will be updated when a revision is published. Material changes may also be highlighted through an appropriate Website notice.
