These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to tech-accesshub.click (the “Website”) and use of the Tech Access Hub application (the “Software”). By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Description of the Software
Tech Access Hub is local data tracking and analytical software for organizing compatible historical balance records, comparing saved snapshots, and maintaining personal tracking notes. The Software is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes.
Tech Access Hub is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, trading platform, or payment provider. It does not hold or process funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets, or execute transactions.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use the Website and Software only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms in your location. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for compliance with laws and rules applicable to your use.
3. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, you may use the Website and Software for lawful personal or internal record-keeping and analytical purposes. You may organize information you are authorized to use, review historical records, create comparisons, and add personal notes.
You are responsible for the records you supply, including their accuracy, legality, source, and suitability. The Software’s output should be checked against original sources when accuracy is important.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Website or Software unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
- provide information you lack authority to use;
- enter private keys, seed phrases, passwords, payment credentials, or malicious code;
- attempt to use the Software to hold assets, execute transactions, or provide regulated financial services;
- interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
- probe, bypass, disable, or defeat access or protective measures;
- reverse engineer or extract source components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- misrepresent Software output as financial advice or an official account statement;
- remove proprietary notices; or
- use the Tech Access Hub name or materials to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
5. Your records and device
You retain responsibility for information and notes you choose to use with the Software. You are responsible for device security, operating-system access controls, appropriate backups, and deletion of local records. Do not rely on the Software as the sole copy of information you must preserve.
Local processing reduces the need to send records to a remote service but cannot eliminate risks associated with device loss, compromise, shared access, backup tools, or user error.
6. No financial or investment advice
Nothing on the Website or in the Software is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Historical comparisons and summaries are descriptive and do not predict future conditions, assess suitability, recommend an action, or provide a trading signal.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Consult an appropriately qualified independent professional if you require advice.
7. No wallet, custody, or transaction execution
The Software does not provide a wallet and does not request or access private keys or seed phrases. Tech Access Hub does not take title to, possession of, or custody over cryptocurrency or other assets. It does not buy, sell, swap, transfer, deposit, withdraw, settle, or otherwise execute transactions.
If any person asks you to send assets or disclose wallet credentials while claiming to represent Tech Access Hub, do not comply and contact us using the details below.
8. Compatibility and third-party services
Binance is referenced only to identify compatibility with certain historical information. Tech Access Hub is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Binance Holdings Ltd. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited.
The Website links to the Microsoft Store homepage. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, accounts, privacy practices, and technical requirements. A link does not constitute a warranty or endorsement by either party. Tech Access Hub is not represented as a Microsoft product or official Microsoft service.
Changes to a third-party format or service may affect compatibility. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, conduct, or decisions.
9. Intellectual property
The Website, Software, visual design, text, and related Tech Access Hub materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use them under these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not grant permission to use the Tech Access Hub brand or any third-party mark.
10. Software limitations
Historical information may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly formatted, duplicated, or affected by user input. Comparisons and summaries depend on available records and may not reflect a complete account history or current balance. The Software is not a system of record and should not be used for transaction execution, regulatory reporting, or emergency decisions.
Features, compatibility, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, preservation of every local record, or compatibility with every device or source format.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Software are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tech Access Hub disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Access Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, records, opportunity, revenue, profit, goodwill, or device availability arising from or related to the Website or Software.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to the informational nature of the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your violation of these Terms, or records you use without authorization. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
14. Changes and discontinuation
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website or Software, including features or compatibility, when reasonably necessary. Users should maintain independent copies of records they need.
We may revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies. Courts with jurisdiction in Thailand will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
16. General terms
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without consent; Tech Access Hub may assign these Terms as part of a lawful transfer of the service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the Website and Software.
